Rental Rates

The weekly rental rate is $2800 plus HST from June 23, 2024 through Labour Day weekend September 2, 2024 (HIGH SEASON)

Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

NO WEEKEND RENTALS IN HIGH SEASON.

Off season (May 1-June 23, 2024 and after Labour Day weekend) WEEKLY rentals are $2200 plus HST.

Minimum 2 night stay, Friday & Saturday nights $350 and weekdays $300 per night + HST.

There is a cleaning fee of $200 +HST and a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% of the rental fee.

Bookings are confirmed when deposit is RECEIVED
